The Community Adult Services Agency, Inc. (CASA, Inc.) is a comprehensive community-based service organization.

The (CASA, Inc.) was founded 50 years ago by a group of parents and other concerned citizens who recognized the need to provide services for individuals with physical disabilities. CASA, Inc. was able to purchase a building of 60,000 square feet, adequate for 260 consumers and necessary storage. The building is fully paid for and owned by the corporation.

CASA, Inc. is a multiple service organization: From a systems perspective three subsystems define the organization:

1.) The Employment and Community Services Program is made up of three units: the Referral and Intake (Situational Assessment Center), Pre-Vocational, Skills Training Center, and Community Employment and Placement Services.

2.) The Industrial Operations and Supported Work Services Program has three units: Work Center, Supported Employment Program, and the Nile Book Packaging Enclave.

3.) The Administration and Finance Department, consists of the President/CEO, logistic support line and staff.

The Board of Directors is legally responsible for the organization and provides governance of the agency.
